The art installation City On Fire was settings the stage by the opening of the exhibition REFLECTION on Pinchuk Art Center Kiev together with the artists Antony Gormley, Andreas Gursky, Damien Hirst, Christian Marclay, Sarah Morris, Marc Quinn, Sam Taylor-Wood, Piotr Uklanski, Gabriel Orozco, Jeff Koons, Takashi Murakami, Peter Doig, Richard Phillips, Vasyl Tsagolov, Illya Chichkan & «Blue Noses», Serhiy Bratkov, Arsen Savadov.

“Andy Warhol was the first to bring Rorschach symmetry into contemporary art. Only now do these works receive a follow-up in contemporary art, in the form of Thyra Hilden’s large symmetrical works that bring Rorschach reflections to life with colors and vital figuration. The pictures are painted with bold thick layers of oil, combined with thin Rorschach prints, also in oil that gives a unique texture.
With a very simple grip, symmetry, Thyra Hilden secures her paintings a very clear signature. In the same way that paintings by Georg Baselitz also have a clear conceptual identity, Thyra Hilden’s paintings are always iconically recognizable.”
